Marks & Spencer store, Norwich, Thursday 23rd May, 10am – 3pm
A pop-up event which aims to equip people with better quality information about menopause will be happening at a well-known Norwich city centre store.
Diane Danzebrink, one of the UK’s leading campaigners for change in menopause education and awareness, has been hosting pop-up events in Norwich city centre. And will next make an appearance at Marks & Spencer on Rampant Horse Street in Norwich.
On Thursday 23rd May, find the Menopause Support stand on the ground floor, between food and clothing.
Anyone with questions about how to access better information about managing the menopause can turn up, chat to Diane, and collect free, quality, clinically backed resources.

Visitors to Marks & Spencer can pick up a copy of her free ‘Understanding Menopause’ booklet; a factual, evidence-based resource that is endorsed by the British Menopause Society.
Regularly appearing in the national press and asked to comment on issues relating to menopause (with appearances on ITV’s This Morning, Sky News, BBC Breakfast and Loose Women), Norwich women, their friends, partners, and family members, now have the chance to ask Diane questions face to face.
Diane comments: “We’ve been taking Menopause Support to the high street in Norwich, and next we’ll be in the local Marks and Spencer store. If you’re out shopping or taking your lunch break and have anything you want to ask me about menopause, because you want to get better informed to help yourself, a friend, daughter, sister, colleague, loved one or partner, please come and chat. We can answer anything about perimenopause, menopause and the wide variety of physical and mental challenges this stage in life brings.
“The more conversations we have about menopause and the impact it can have on women and the people around them, the better. Approximately 1 in 10 women leave the workplace due to menopause symptoms and, in our Facebook support group of more than 34,500 people, we hear daily, firsthand accounts from women whose lives, relationships and families are imploding due to the hormonal changes that occur during this stage in life. Despite this, GPs and practice nurses
still do not receive mandatory menopause training and there is still no Government funded public health campaign for menopause. It is not acceptable that women must struggle during this period of their life without access to specialist medical support and information. We are here to change that.”
